As always, we start with our all butter puff pastry which is rolled around a vegetarian filling made with cooked cous-cous and chickpeas slow cooked in a harissa sauce with fresh veggies and spices. The cooked filling is cooled and then folded together with crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries and fresh coriander.

• Quiche Lorraine

Quiche is a traditional French tart filled with an array of meat or vegetables and a savoury custard. We have decided to elevate "tradition" by taking the quality and profile of our quiche to new heights. The classic Quiche Lorraine starts with our flaky and crumbly 100% butter Pate Brisee. Each quiche is filled with oven roasted rasher bacon, caramelized onions, imported Barber's cheddar cheese and fresh chopped chives. After this, they are filled with a Quiche Royal (Savoury Custard) that is infused with nutmeg and white pepper.

All of these veggies are tossed together with olive oil, sea salt and white pepper. To build the quiches, we use our signature Quiche Royale that's made with a small hint of nutmeg for flour and aroma. finished with crumbled feta over the top, these Quiche Verde are perfect for the colder months ahead.
