Vermicelli Noodles

• Vermicelli With Grilled Pork Chops - Bún Sườn (Gf)

  Gluten free. Grilled Pork Chops cut are served on top of a salad of cold rice vermicelli noodles, cucumber, bean sprouts, lettuce, herbs and roasted peanuts. The result is a light, refreshing dish in which hot and cold, crispy and soft, raw and baked, but always fresh, ingredients are combined with fried onion.

• Vermicelli With Combination - Bún Đặt Biệt

  Spring rolls and grilled chicken combine with colourful vegetables and herbs are placed on a bed of soft vermicelli noodles . To make it even more delicious we sprinkle it with crunchy fried shallots and roasted peanuts. Vietnamese signature fish sauce dressing over and give it good mix before eating.

  Gluten free. Stir-fried beef and colourful vegetables and herbs are placed on a bed of soft vermicelli noodles. To make it even more delicious, we sprinkle it with crunchy fried shallots and roasted peanuts. Vietnamese signature fish sauce dressing over the salad and give it a good mix before eating.
