KKO KKO BALINESE SIGNATURE SALAD

• KKO KKO Balinese Mind Blowing Peanut Salad

Crisp lettuce, vibrant red cabbage, bean sprouts and herb-garden greens meet our special pickled carrot, all tossed in our legendary Balinese peanut dressing—smoky-sweet, citrus-bright, and just the right kiss of chilli. A final shower of roasted peanuts and crispy shallots adds crave-worthy crunch, creating a flawless harmony of bold yet balanced flavours. One bite and you’ll understand the flood of “mind-blown” Google reviews.

• KKO KKO Balinese Summer Salad

Balinese Summer Salad Think of Bali’s classic acar pickles, then dial up the freshness: ribbons of cucumber, carrot, and daikon mingle with juicy pickles, red onion, and mint-tipped herbs. Everything is flash-marinated in our zingy lime vinegar dressing kissed and a whisper of coriander. The result is a snap-crunch rainbow that cools the palate and slices clean through our bold, chilli-driven dishes—your perfect, breezy reset between fiery bites at KKO KKO Balinese.

FROM GRILL

• KKO KKO Balinese Signature Taliwang Charcoal Chicken

A whole, butterflied chicken is bathed overnight in our fiery Taliwang marinade and our Balinese “Mother Spice.” It’s then fire-kissed over glowing wood charcoal, the fat dripping, smoking, and basting the bird until the skin turns lacquer-crisp and irresistibly smoky. Just before it leaves the grill, we brush on our house Taliwang sauce—sweet, tangy, and unapologetically spicy—offered in four heat levels from “Gentle Surf” to “Volcanic.” The result is juicy meat, caramelised edges, and layers of complex, torch-lit flavour that make this dish the soul of our modern Balinese fire kitchen.

• KKO KKO Balinese Charcoal Beef Ribs

Magnificent Charcoal Beef Ribs Halal-certified Beef ribs are dry-rubbed with our Balinese “Mother Spice,” lacquered with palm-sugar soy, then slow-smoked over glowing hardwood charcoal until the meat relaxes into melt-away tenderness. A final kiss of flame caramelises the glaze, locking in deep, smoky-sweet bark and rivers of juicy marbling. Guests call them “the best ribs I’ve ever tasted” in Google reviews—and once that first, buttery strand slips from the bone, you’ll understand why.

• KKO KKO Balinese Jimbaran Charcoal Fish

Jimbaran Charcoal Fish Curry Marinated in turmeric, lemongrass, and our coastal Jimbaran spice paste—hits the wood-charcoal grill first, soaking up a smoky kiss you can smell a block away. The fire-seared fillet is then slipped into a velvety coconut curry scented with kaffir lime, torch ginger, and a touch of tamarind for seaside tang. Creamy, citrus-bright, lightly spicy, and laced with charcoal depth, this bowl tastes exactly like a sunset feast on Jimbaran Beach—only at KKO KKO Balinese.
