Wines
- Prosecco - Ill Follo (Sud Tirolo)
Hints of pear, apple, wild flowers & citrus on the nose. Bone-dry, frothy & fresh on the palate.
- Pinot Grigio - Colterenzio (Alto Adige)
Full bodied with a lightly floral bouquet. Lime & herb notes underlay melon & pineapple fruit, with balanced acidity on the palate that leads to a concentrated finish. Sourced straight from the foothills of the dolomites.
- Vermentino - Prendas (Sardegna)
Lemon barley with tropical fruit, stone fruit, lemon bush & herbs. All stainless ferment & spends 6 months on lees.
- Rosé - Fattoria San Lorenzo (Marche)
A bold and complex rosé. Wild strawberry, rosehip and red berries. Nice, sharp acidity & unraveling of aromatic layers as it oxygenates.
- Rosso Piceno - Fattoria San Lorenzo (Marche)
Blend of 40% sangiovese & 60% montepulciano. Notes of sweet black cherries, tobacco, liquorice & spices. A delicate, fragrant red. (organic)
- Neh! - Punset Langhe Rosso (Piedmont)
Blend of dolcetto, nebbiolo and barbera. Fruit forward on the nose & palate, with deep notes of fresh raspberry, strawberry & red plum flavours. A fun, medium body red with good structure, acidity & ripe, soft tannins. (organic)
