  A seasonal signature at pioik, the moreish glossy buns are loaded with dried fruits and candiedpeel which have been rehydrated and soaked overnight in earl grey tea spiced with baharat, an exotic blend of lebanese 7 spice (paprika, pepper, cumin, cassia, cloves, coriander, cardamom, and nutmeg). The preservative-free buns are made with non-homogenised jersey milk, free-range eggs, australian flour and piped with home-made custard.
