DID YOU KNOW gelato has air which increases it’s volume- and our gelato has less air than other places - that is why we measure our tubs by weight rather than litres. When you are deciding on which tub to order this guide will help: 1L is not equivalent to 1Kg, because gelato has air which increases its volume. To simplify this; our usual 500g size tub ~ 750mL size on delivery platform; our usual 750g size tub ~ 1L size on delivery platform; our usual 1Kg size tub ~ 1.5L size on delivery platform.
