Available as both a cocktail and a non-alcoholic mocktail, it quickly became a favourite for after-work drinks, casual date nights and relaxed evenings in Kirribilli. As a past special at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen, the Pink Hugo reflected our passion for combining authentic Italian hospitality with creative cocktails, making our Pizza & Cocktail Bar a popular destination near Milsons Point, Luna Park and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

• Chargrilled Corn Ribs$18.00

Spiced Herb and Garlic Butter, Parmesan, Smoked Chilli Aioli. A seasonal winter special celebrating simple ingredients and traditional fire cooking. Fresh corn on the cob is cut into ribs, char-grilled until lightly smoky, then tossed in garlic butter and fragrant herbs before being finished with shaved Parmesan and smoked chilli aioli. The high heat caramelises the natural sweetness of the corn while creating crisp edges and a rich roasted flavour. Designed as a share plate, this rustic Italian-style entrée pairs perfectly with relaxed dining and woodfire cooking. A comforting winter favourite, available for a limited time while the seasonal menu lasts.

• Pizza Bresaola$32.00

Pizza Bresaola with Broccolini, Fior di Latte, broccolini, Portobello mushrooms and optional bresaola on authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. Our Pizza Broccolini is a seasonal winter special celebrating traditional Italian flavours with premium ingredients and authentic Neapolitan technique. This limited special combines Fior di Latte, broccolini, Portobello mushrooms, goat's cheese, garlic and extra virgin olive oil for a balanced, earthy flavour. Guests can also add premium Italian bresaola for an extra layer of richness. Available for a limited time at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen, an authentic Italian restaurant in Kirribilli serving traditional wood-fired Neapolitan pizza.

• Chicken Cacciatore$33.00

Chicken Cacciatore at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen — slow-cooked chicken thigh and drumstick in a tomato, capsicum and olive sauce, served with broccolini. Chicken Cacciatore is one of Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen's classic Italian mains: chicken drumstick and thigh, slow-cooked in a rich tomato sauce with capsicum, olives and herbs, served with broccolini. The name comes from the Italian word for "hunter" — alla cacciatora, or "hunter-style", a traditional method of slow-braising meat with vegetables and herbs found across rustic Italian home cooking. Cooked low and slow without shortcuts, so the chicken turns tender and the sauce carries real depth. It's traditional Italian comfort food in its truest sense — generous and familiar rather than fussed-over. A seasonal special on our mains menu, alongside our woodfire pizza, handmade pasta and slow-cooked ribs, part of the relaxed Italian dining experience Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen offers in Kirribilli, Sydney.

Mozzarella, Parmesan, Edamame and Napolitana Rice Balls (4) with Chilli Aioli. Arancini are Sicily's classic fried rice balls, traditionally made from leftover risotto rice, hand-formed, crumbed and deep-fried until golden. Ours are made the traditional way: Arborio rice cooked slowly through a Napolitana-style tomato base until just tender, cooled properly, then hand-formed around mozzarella, parmesan and edamame, crumbed and fried fresh to order rather than pre-cooked and reheated. Served with a smoky chilli aioli. It's a vegetarian starter built on real technique, and one reason arancini have stayed popular for centuries: a crisp golden crumb giving way to a soft, cheesy centre. A properly old-school Italian entree, good for sharing, and a genuine favourite with both kids and adults. Part of the traditional Italian starter menu at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen, in the heart of Kirribilli, Sydney.

This is a refined yet relaxed example of traditional Italian seafood pasta, built on quality ingredients, clean flavours and classic technique. Available for a limited time as part of our current specials menu before the winter menu arrives.

• Pizza Mortadella$31.00

Mortadella, Fior de Latte, Buffalo Mozzarella, Fried Garlic, Chilli & Basil. Our Pizza Mortadella is a seasonal special that showcases the balance and simplicity of authentic Neapolitan pizza. The dough is hand-stretched using Italian “00” flour imported from Napoli and baked in a wood-fired oven, creating a soft, light base with gentle elasticity and a naturally blistered edge. Topped with fine-sliced Italian mortadella, fiordilatte and buffalo mozzarella, then finished with fried garlic, chilli and fresh basil, it brings together creamy, savoury and aromatic flavours in a refined Italian combination. Prepared with traditional technique and quality ingredients, this limited summer special reflects the style of a classic Italian restaurant in Kirribilli during Vivid Fire Kitchen season.

• Lemon Curd Tiramisu$14.00

Our Lemon Curd Tiramisu is a seasonal special at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen, created as a fresh citrus variation on a classic Italian dessert. Served chilled and layered in the traditional style, it combines the soft texture and smooth cream finish of tiramisu with the bright, balanced flavour of lemon curd. Light, refreshing and ideal for warmer weather, it became one of the most requested desserts during recent North Sydney street festivals and is currently featured on our specials menu for a limited time. This dessert suits guests looking for authentic Italian-inspired sweets with a lighter, more vibrant finish, whether after pizza, pasta or a relaxed afternoon meal in Kirribilli.

• Pizza Stella$30.00

Mozzarella, Rocket, Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan, Bresaola (air-dried, salted beef), filled with Smoked Scamorza. Pizza Stella was one of our previous seasonal specials, inspired by the Italian word for "star" and shaped to match its name. Each point of the pizza was filled with smoked scamorza before being baked in our traditional wood-fired oven using hand-stretched Neapolitan dough made from imported Italian "00" flour from Napoli. Once cooked, it was finished with fresh rocket, cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan and premium Italian bresaola. Although this special is no longer available, it represents the style of seasonal creations regularly featured at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen alongside our authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas. Guests looking for a similar flavour profile can enjoy our Bresaola or Funghi pizzas, both prepared using the same traditional techniques and premium Italian ingredients.

• Rigatoni Al Chorizo$28.00

Rigatoni al Chorizo pasta in creamy Napolitana sauce with smoky chorizo, mushroom, parmesan and fresh basil, served at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen. Chorizo is a cured, smoked pork sausage from Spain and Portugal, built on paprika rather than the fennel and chilli of a traditional Italian salami. It's become a regular fixture on modern Italian pasta menus because its smoke works so naturally against a slow-cooked tomato base. Rigatoni al Chorizo is a current special at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen — smoky chorizo, onion, garlic, chilli and mushroom folded through a rich, creamy Napolitana sauce and tossed with rigatoni, a ridged pasta shape chosen for its ability to hold a heavier sauce properly. Finished with shaved parmesan and fresh basil, it sits in our old-school Italian comfort food territory — rich and warming rather than fussy, and a good call after a walk along Sydney Harbour or a wander through Kirribilli Village.

Layers of sponge biscuit and a caramelised, spiced Biscoff-mascarpone cream, finished with crushed Biscoff crumb, and a whole biscuit standing on top. It's the current occupant of our rotating second tiramisu flavour, alongside our original homemade Tiramisu — espresso, mascarpone and egg, on the menu for sixteen years. That second position changes with demand from our street festival appearances around North Sydney and Crows Nest — past rotations have included Pistachio and Lemon Curd, also homemade. Part of the relaxed Italian dining experience at Kirribilli Woodfire Kitchen, in the heart of Kirribilli, Sydney.
